About Mark

Mark G. Adler is a partner in the Finance Group in New York, representing private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, public companies and alternative capital providers in complex financial transactions. His work includes acquisition financings, liability management exercises, recapitalizations, in- and out-of-court restructurings and other special situation deals. Mark has advised on broadly syndicated and privately placed financings, rescue financing and debtor-in-possession arrangements, with transaction values ranging from under $50 million to over $7 billion. His private equity clients include major firms such as Blackstone, Carlyle, KKR and TowerBrook, along with their portfolio companies. He earned his JD cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York.
