About Matthew
Matthew Abbott is a partner at Paul, Weiss, serving as Vice Chair of the Firm, Global Co-Chair of the M&A practice, and a member of the Executive Committee, based in New York. His work focuses on advising strategic buyers and private equity sponsors on transactions that include public and private acquisitions, corporate divestitures, joint ventures and carve-outs.
