About Nicholas
Nicholas's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions, including financings, public offerings and private placements of securities. He advises clients on corporate governance and securities regulatory matters, including continuous disclosure obligations of public issuers. He joined Blakes as a first-year summer student in 2020 and completed his articles with the firm in 2022/2023.
