Spencer Shepherd is Of Counsel at Caravel Law and focuses on corporate and commercial matters, including negotiating IT and software licensing arrangements such as SaaS and enterprise agreements along with related service contracts. He has drafted and advised on complex domestic and international agreements, with particular emphasis on the oil and gas industry.
