About Kirk
Kirk Anderson is a partner in Paul, Weiss's Investment Fund Group in New York. Over more than a decade he has advised on setting up and running private funds, including private equity, credit and infrastructure vehicles, insurance-related products, and co-investment and single-investor structures. He regularly counsels fund clients on compliance, internal governance and risk management, and has experience with management company and upper-tier issues. Earlier in his career he served as in-house counsel at a major asset management firm, focusing on fund investments and global regulatory compliance. He holds a J.D. from George Washington University Law School and a B.F.A. from the University of Michigan.
