About Clifton

Clifton Yiu is a senior associate at Filion Wakely Thorup Angeletti, advising and representing employers of all sizes across sectors on labour, employment, and human rights matters. His litigation experience includes appearances at various levels of court, including the Court of Appeal for Ontario, as well as before administrative tribunals. His background gives him particular insight into how human rights and employment law intersect, which he applies when helping employers navigate difficult workplace situations. He is fluent in English and Cantonese. He holds a Juris Doctor from Queen's University and was called to the Ontario bar in 2020.
