Parker Baglole is a senior associate at Torys LLP whose practice focuses on pension and employment law. He advises on employment, executive compensation and labour matters, often connected to corporate transactions and related disclosure obligations. Baglole also advises on pension investments, how pensions and benefits are treated in M&A deals, and the interpretation of pension legislation. His practice extends to corporate and securities law, including M&A transactions, private placements and public equity and debt offerings. Baglole completed a six-month secondment at Duo Bank of Canada in 2020 and an earlier secondment at Scotiabank as a summer student. He has volunteered with the Law in Action Within Schools program.
