About Melissa
Melissa Keeshan practices labour and employment law at Bass Associates. She completed a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Civil Law at McGill University in 2016 and was called to the Ontario Bar the following year. Before entering private practice, she spent a decade in legal publishing, working on human resources and employment law titles for Carswell and serving as a production editor on Halsbury's Laws of Canada. Her current work includes negotiating collective agreements, handling interest and rights arbitration, and appearing before the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal.
