About Amy

Amy is a partner in the Advocacy Department at Gowling WLG's Ottawa office and a member of the firm's Employment, Labour and Equalities Group. She provides guidance and advice to employers in all areas of employment law, including reviewing and drafting employment contracts and workplace policies, assisting with termination planning and handling wrongful dismissal litigation and human rights complaints. She also practices in disability insurance defence. Previously, Amy served as a legal advisor at the Canadian Nurses Protective Society, providing legal advice and education to registered nurses and nurse practitioners across Canada.
