About Alison

Alison Adam advises employers in Alberta and Ontario across industries including oil and gas, banking, food and agriculture, aviation, and health care. She works closely with in-house counsel and human resources teams on labour relations, arbitration, collective bargaining, human rights, employment policies, disability management, and restrictive covenants. Alison was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009 and the Alberta Bar in 2013, holding an LL.B. and B.C.L. with distinction from McGill University and a B.A. with distinction from the University of Guelph. She is an experienced workplace investigator regularly retained to examine allegations of discrimination, harassment, bullying, and violence, and she frequently presents on labour and employment topics.
