About Christopher

Christopher Dawson is a partner at McCuaig Desrochers LLP with a wide-ranging litigation practice covering civil litigation, family law, wills and estates, employment law, estate litigation and construction law. He joined the firm as an associate in 2014 and became a partner in January 2020. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta, a Master's degree in History from the University of Victoria, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association's Family Law, Wills and Estates and Construction Law sections in Alberta and previously chaired its Real Property Law (Northern Alberta) Section. He also volunteers as a clinic lawyer with the Edmonton Community Legal Centre and has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta.
