About Heather

Heather Tyminski is an associate at Taylor Janis's Calgary office practicing employment law. She advises employers and employees on all stages of the employment relationship, including employment agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation clauses, human rights violations, occupational health and safety, and termination packages, and has represented clients before the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Court of King's Bench. Before joining Taylor Janis, she practiced at boutique firms and articled at a large Calgary firm, and worked in the legal department of an oil and gas company during law school.
