About Darren

Darren Becker, K.C. has more than 45 years of experience in commercial and corporate transactions, including corporate reorganization and restructuring, mergers, wind-ups, and dissolutions. As a senior member of the firm's Corporate Commercial Practice Group, he coordinates large, complex commercial transactions and is active in commercial financing, project development, joint ventures, and acquisitions and divestitures. Darren was called to the Alberta Bar in 1974 after earning his LL.B. and B.A. from the University of Alberta, and received a King's Counsel distinguished peer-review rating in 1998. He has lectured for the Alberta Bar Admission Course on real estate transactions.
