About Broynn
Broynn Callaway's practice focuses on corporate commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contract drafting and negotiation, and commercial financing transactions, spanning industries from product manufacturing to technology and not-for-profit organizations. She was called to the Alberta Bar in 2021 and the Nunavut and Northwest Territories Bars in 2025, holding a J.D. from the University of Alberta and a B.Comm. with distinction from MacEwan University. Broynn has a particular interest in fertility and surrogacy law, advising prospective surrogates on their rights, obligations, and contractual arrangements, and she also provides strategic responses to human rights claims against companies.
