About Eva

Eva Melamed is Of Counsel with a practice in civil and commercial litigation and employment law. She has represented both corporate and individual clients in a wide range of employment and commercial disputes before Ontario courts and tribunals, as well as at mediations and discoveries. She also advises clients on HR policies, hiring, wrongful dismissal, disability accommodation, workplace discipline and accessibility, and general contract matters. Before her current role she practiced at Birenbaum Steinberg LLP and Torkin Manes LLP. She earned her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2006.
