About Gareth

Gareth D'Costa is a senior employment litigation lawyer at Achkar Law whose practice focuses on employment litigation and human rights, along with commercial litigation, real estate disputes, and contract matters. His work covers wrongful and constructive dismissal, terminations and severance, employment contracts, and workplace harassment and discrimination. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, along with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration and an Honours Bachelor of Psychology, both from Wilfrid Laurier University. He has been called to the Ontario bar and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario. A first-generation immigrant, he's the first member of his immediate family to pursue post-secondary education.
