Continuing from its predecessor Baigent, Jackson, Blair, it has operated as Victory Square Law Office since 1990, representing local, provincial, national, and international unions, individual workers, and pension and health and welfare trusts across most industries in BC. The firm is committed to progressive politics and social issues and performs free legal work on issues from First Nations law to poverty law.
