About Steven

Steven is a partner who splits his practice between Victory Square's Vancouver and Victoria offices, appearing at all levels of court in BC, including successfully defending leave applications to the Supreme Court of Canada. He represents unions, benefit trustees, and employees in collective agreement arbitration and Labour Relations Board proceedings, and has been active in Charter litigation since 2007. He first joined the firm as a research assistant and articled student in 2004, was called to the bar in 2007, and became a partner in 2012. He received the Edward Peck Industrial Relations Prize and Panvini Scholarship at UBC.
