About Allison

Allison represents clients in labour, employment, and human rights matters before the BC Labour Relations Board, arbitrators, tribunals, and the BC and Federal Courts, with a particular interest in security clearance denials and workplace harassment. She also advises pension and benefits plan trustees on administration and litigation. She holds an LLB from UBC, where she received the Panvini Scholarship and the Lawson Lundell Prize in Administrative Law, and is a member of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers and the Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute.
