About Thom

Thom joined Victory Square Law Office in 2024 after working as Executive Director with a major public sector union and previously as in-house counsel for two public sector unions and a union-side labour firm in the Maritimes. He has experience before labour arbitrators, labour boards, and all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada. He earned his LLB from Dalhousie University, where he won the Robert W. Kerr Labour Law Prize, and was called to the bar in Nova Scotia in 2007, British Columbia in 2009, and Ontario in 2012.
