About Jacqueline
Jacqueline (she/her) began her articles with Victory Square in 2022 and became an associate in 2023, practising in labour, employment, human rights, and administrative law grounded in intersectional and trauma-informed advocacy. She worked as a summer law student at the Migrant Workers Centre and wrote a major research paper on employment and Charter rights of gig workers, and authored "Trauma-Informed Lawyering for Asian Communities," later republished by the American Bar Association. She received the University of Victoria's Law Foundation/David Strong Leadership Award and YLaw's Best Lawyering Award.
