About Daniel

Daniel's practice focuses on the legal aspects of the business and administration of unions, pension plans, employee benefit plans, and societies, drafting and interpreting trust agreements, constitutions, bylaws, and policies for boards of trustees and union executives. He also represents clients before courts, arbitrators, mediators, labour boards, and human rights tribunals, and co-authored newspaper commentary on strengthening precarious workers' unionization rights.
