About Craig

Craig has been a Partner at Victory Square Law Office since 2005, with extensive experience advising and representing unions in mediation, arbitration, and Labour Relations Board hearings, and appearing at all levels of court up to the BC Court of Appeal and Federal Court of Appeal. He also represents individual workers in professional discipline, wrongful dismissal, and disability benefit disputes, and has a particular interest in human rights and Charter litigation. He is a part-time instructor at Capilano University's Labour Studies Program and a founding member of the Worker Education and Labour Learning Society. He was ranked Band 1 for Employment & Labour by Chambers and Partners and received the Canadian Freedom of Association Award.
