About Jeff

Jeff represents diverse clients in labour, employment, and human rights matters before tribunals and arbitrators, with particular experience in the federal maritime sector after working in-house with a national seafaring union. He first joined Victory Square as a UVic Law Co-Op student in 2008, completed articles at another union-side firm, was called to the BC bar in 2013, and rejoined Victory Square in 2014. He successfully argued that BC Ferries breached its collective agreement through pandemic layoffs and won certification for the Canadian Men's 7s rugby team.
