Casey & Moss LLP is a Toronto law firm that practices exclusively in estate, trust, and capacity litigation, along with estate administration. Angela Casey and Angelique Moss founded the firm in 2016 after building their own separate careers in the field. Casey spent ten years at a large Bay Street firm before moving to a smaller firm focused on estate litigation, and Moss was called to the Ontario bar in 2005 and had practiced estate, trust, and capacity litigation since 2009. The two started their own practice to set their own approach to workload, strategy, and client service.

The firm acts for trust companies, estate trustees, beneficiaries, guardians, and attorneys for property and personal care in disputes over wills, estates, and capacity, working with clients across Ontario from an office on Adelaide Street East in downtown Toronto. Casey & Moss has grown from its two founding partners into a team of five partners. One lawyer at the firm holds the Trust and Estate Practitioner designation and an advanced certificate in cross border estates from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. The firm has been included in Best Lawyers in Canada every year since 2017 and has ranked Band 1 for private wealth disputes in Chambers and Partners' High Net Worth guide.
