About Colleen
Colleen Dowling is a lawyer at Casey & Moss who has practiced exclusively in estates and trusts since her call to the bar in 2025. She represents clients in will challenges, guardianship applications, power of attorney disputes, dependant support claims, and other estate and trust matters, working closely with families, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries. While earning her J.D. at Queen's University in 2024, she was heavily involved with the Queen's Elder Law Clinic, first as a student caseworker and later as a student leader, helping older adults in Kingston prepare wills and powers of attorney. She also holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours from McMaster University.
