About Adam
Adam Giancola is a lawyer at Casey & Moss LLP whose practice focuses on estate and trust litigation, capacity and guardianship matters, appellate work, and administering estates, including will challenges and fiduciary accounting disputes. He carries the Trust and Estate Practitioner designation (TEP) awarded by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and holds a STEP Advanced Certificate in Cross-Border Estates. Adam holds both a civil law degree from the University of Ottawa, completed summa cum laude, and a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, along with earlier degrees from the University of Toronto. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018 and previously worked at the Law Commission of Ontario researching end-of-life issues. Since 2021, he has co-authored chapters on estates litigation and mediation procedure for the reference text Civil Procedure and Practice in Ontario.
