About Angela
Angela Casey is a founding partner of Casey & Moss LLP, where her practice focuses on estate, trust and mental capacity litigation. She spent ten years at a large Bay Street firm learning courtroom skills before spending five more years at a boutique estate litigation firm, then co-founded Casey & Moss. She earned her LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2001 and was called to the Ontario bar in October 2002. Her clients include trust companies, charities, government agencies and individuals in disputes over will interpretation, power of attorney abuse and executor mismanagement of estate funds. In 2019 she trained in mediation through a Harvard course and now conducts both in-person and virtual mediations. She is active with the Ontario Bar Association's Trusts and Estates section and the Advocates' Society's Estates Practice Group.
