The neighbourhood

DSFM's Toronto office is in the Yonge Eglinton Centre at 2300 Yonge Street, right at Yonge and Eglinton. It's one of Toronto's business districts outside downtown, sitting on top of the Eglinton subway station, with the new Line 5 Eglinton LRT now running through the same intersection. It's also, fittingly for a condominium law firm, one of the most condo dense corners of the city, ringed by high rise condominium towers built up over the past few decades alongside older apartment blocks.

The firm's second office is in Oakville's Glen Abbey neighbourhood, near the golf course the area takes its name from.
