About Angelique
Angelique is a partner at Casey & Moss who has practised estates, trusts, and capacity law exclusively since 2009. Her work spans will challenges, dependants' support claims, interpretation of wills, and passing of accounts for trustees and attorneys, and she regularly appears on the Toronto Estates List. She takes on estate and trust matters for and against beneficiaries, trustees, guardians, and creditors alike, representing individuals, trust companies, charities, and the Office of the Children's Lawyer. Angelique began her career at the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee as a law student before moving into civil litigation. She earned her Honours BA from the University of Toronto in 2001 and her LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2004, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2005. She sits on the executive of the Ontario Bar Association's Estates and Trusts Section.
