About Cara

Cara Zacks is a partner at Casey & Moss LLP, where she focuses on wills, estates, trust, and capacity matters. She spent five years as a commercial litigator at a national, full-service firm before moving her practice toward helping individuals resolve estate, trust, and capacity disputes. That shift grew out of pro bono work she took on while still practicing commercial litigation. Cara draws on her courtroom and negotiation experience to advocate for clients and works with them to find practical, creative solutions. She is comfortable acting as counsel in arbitrations and mediations as well as in the courtroom.
