About Victor

Victor Chan is an associate at Ng Ariss Fong who focuses on Indigenous law and professional regulatory enforcement. He holds a BA and an MM from the University of British Columbia and a JD from the University of Victoria. Before joining Ng Ariss Fong, Victor articled and worked as an associate at a boutique litigation firm in downtown Vancouver, practising in personal injury, commercial disputes, human rights, and refugee law. He has appeared regularly before chambers at the BC Supreme Court, conducted a full trial and a summary trial as sole counsel, and appeared before administrative tribunals including the Refugee Protection Division and the Residential Tenancy Branch. Victor serves on the executive team of the CBABC's General, Solo and Small Firm section.
