About Lisa

Lisa C. Fong, K.C. is a partner at Ng Ariss Fong whose practice blends administrative, Aboriginal, and environmental litigation with advising governmental and regulatory bodies. She holds a B.A. from the University of British Columbia and an LL.B. from Queen's University. In professional regulatory law, Lisa advises both regulators and professionals, including defending professionals against allegations of misconduct in registration matters. She assists Indigenous governments in asserting Aboriginal rights and title and has a particular interest in energy projects affecting Indigenous territories.
