About Michael
Michael Ng became a partner at Tierney Stauffer LLP in July 2014, having joined the firm as an associate in the business law group in July 2006. He practices corporate and commercial law together with real estate law, with an emphasis on commercial real estate and mortgage transactions. His corporate work includes incorporations, corporate reorganizations, professional corporations, bankruptcy and insolvency matters, and shareholders' agreements and remedies. He holds a B.Comm from the University of Ottawa (1994) and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University (1997), and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the County of Carleton Law Association.
