About Tabitha

Tabitha Ewert is an associate at RDM Lawyers and leads its personal injury team. Her civil litigation practice includes commercial litigation, debt claims, insurance defence, employment and human rights matters, and she represents people injured in car accidents, slip and falls and civil assault claims, as well as WorkSafe claims. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Trinity Western University in 2011 and a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia in 2017. After several years of advocacy work in Ontario, she returned to the Fraser Valley to join RDM, and in 2024 became Personal Injury Team Lead and joined the firm's leadership team. Ewert sits on the boards of Community Futures North Fraser and the Trial Lawyers Association of BC, and represents RDM with the Abbotsford Executives Association.
