About Rachel

Rachel Noble is an associate at Ng Ariss Fong whose practice focuses on administrative and professional regulatory law. She works with regulators, investigators, and registration and discipline hearing panels, and assists regulatory bodies with governance matters and representation in court actions, judicial reviews, and appeals. Rachel also has an interest in privacy law. She holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from University College Dublin and completed the FE-1 examinations with the Law Society of Ireland before moving to Vancouver, where she worked in-house with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC.
