Robert Cohen is a partner in the Litigation Group, practicing commercial and securities litigation across oppression remedies, shareholder disputes, securities regulation, partnership disputes, and investment fraud matters. He acts for a broad spectrum of clients including individuals, entrepreneurs, aboriginal groups, and boards of public companies. He holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School (1989) and is licensed to practice in both Ontario and British Columbia.
