About Thu
Thu Libin is a senior associate at Mincher Koeman Law Chambers, called to the Alberta bar in 2006. She graduated magna cum laude from UC Berkeley and attended UCLA School of Law on a full academic scholarship, where she chaired the Asian Student Alliance Recruitment program and served as Comments Editor for the Pacific Basin Law Journal. After law school she moved to Calgary, earned her National Accreditation in 2002, and articled at a national business law firm before being called to the bar. Her practice focuses on high-conflict parenting disputes, child welfare matters, and emergency protection application reviews, and she has experience at all levels of the Alberta courts as well as in mediation and arbitration.
