About Ebad
Ebad Rahman is a corporate lawyer at Torys with deep knowledge of the technology industry, advising financial institutions, retailers and other organizations on outsourcing, transactional and commercial matters. His practice covers technology contracting, outsourcing arrangements and general commercial agreements, along with software development, cloud computing and procurement issues. He also advises clients on sponsorship, licensing and naming rights agreements, and corporate sponsors often turn to him for help structuring their sponsorship deals. Ebad co-heads the firm's Payments and Cards practice, helping clients with the acquisition and development of card programs and payment systems, along with mobile payment tools and related outsourcing arrangements.
