Andrew Epstein is Litigation Counsel at DWF Canada in Vancouver, called to the British Columbia Bar in 1994. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia and a B.A. from the University of Toronto. For more than 30 years he has advised the insurance industry and self-insured corporations on multi-party litigation, construction disputes, bodily injury claims, coverage disputes, class actions, professional liability, transportation and directors' and officers' liability matters. He frequently argues cases at the appellate level and has provided neutral coverage evaluations.
