About Suzanne

Suzanne De Luca is a family lawyer at YLaw's Vancouver office who advises clients on separation, parenting disputes, and complex family matters, including cases involving intimate partner violence, for which she has received specialized crisis management training. She has served as a board member with Bravestone Centre, which supports women and children affected by intimate partner violence, and previously interned with the Senate of Canada and worked as a caseworker for a family law clinic during law school. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa (2023), a Master of Arts from the University of British Columbia (2016), and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Manitoba (2015), and was called to the bar in both British Columbia and Manitoba. Her legal writing has appeared on Lexology, the Canadian Family Law Guide, and the Ontario Family Law Reporter.
