About Abib
Abib Ngom is a managing partner, practice leader, and family lawyer at YLaw's Vancouver office. He holds an LL.B. in Civil Law and a Juris Doctor in Common Law, both from Université de Montréal, and studied political science at Concordia University. He has argued cases before the BC Court of Appeal, the Alberta Court of Appeal, the BC Supreme Court and Provincial Court, the Alberta Court of King's Bench, and the Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution office. His practice covers family, criminal, civil litigation, and wills and estates matters, and he has been counsel on several reported family law cases involving international child abduction and property division. He speaks English and French.
