About Ashley
Ashley Ahluwalia is a family lawyer at YLaw's Vancouver office who has practised family law exclusively since being called to the bar. She handles child and spousal support, property and asset division, parenting time, relocation, and separation and cohabitation agreements, and encourages resolving matters through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration where possible. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia's Peter A. Allard School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (with distinction) from the University of Victoria. During law school she was an International Justice and Human Rights Clinician with the United Nations Human Rights Committee and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and the Canadian Bar Association.
