About Jason
Jason Comerford practices capital markets and securities law at Osler. He counsels underwriters, issuers and placement agents through equity and debt offerings, private placements and other capital-raising transactions. Comerford has considerable experience with U.S. securities regulation, including matters arising under the cross-border disclosure system that lets Canadian issuers access American markets. He also assists clients with corporate governance questions and ongoing public company reporting obligations, including compliance with stock exchange rules. Comerford earned his law degree from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta, and belongs to the Law Society of Ontario and the American Bar Association.
