About Conrad
Conrad Margolis founded Conrad Margolis Law Corporation and has practised for more than 30 years, concentrating on employment law, workers' compensation law, and personal injury law, with particular recognition for ICBC and WCB cases. He has represented hundreds of injured workers and was co-counsel on the Withler-Fitzsimonds v. Government of Canada case, described on the firm's site as the largest age discrimination case in Canadian history. He was also lead counsel on the 2017 BC Supreme Court Wilhelmson case, a $4 million judgment.
