Muñoz-Job has practised law for more than 25 years and is licensed in British Columbia, Washington, D.C., and the Philippines. Muñoz-Job holds an LL.B. from the University of the City of Manila (Dean's List, most outstanding graduate), an LL.M. from George Washington University, and completed National Committee on Accreditation coursework at the University of British Columbia.
