About Ari
Ari Wormeli is a partner and family lawyer at YLaw's Vancouver office, where he also mediates family law disputes. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from York University, and before law school he studied theatre, which he draws on in his courtroom presentation. He has acted as successful counsel in several BC family law cases, including matters involving child relocation, income imputation for support purposes, and property division on appeal. He is a frequent presenter at Continuing Legal Education Society of BC courses on complex family law and financial statement issues, and has also presented to notaries on matrimonial property and separation transactions. He speaks English and conversational French.
