About Jean-Christophe
Jean-Christophe Leduc is an associate in Osler's Financial Services Group, focusing his practice on financial services, project finance, and renewable energy matters. He represents lenders and borrowers across a range of debt financing transactions, such as syndicated loans, acquisition financing, project finance, and general corporate financing, and counsels local authorities on investments, partnerships, and renewable energy project financing. During law school, Leduc received the Richard-Crépeau Entrance Scholarship, a scholarship for academic excellence in civil or corporate law, and a scholarship recognizing the top student in his municipal law course, and he was named to the Dean's List and the Faculty of Law's Honour Roll throughout his studies. He also held research assistantships in finance, corporate governance, and privacy.
