About Afsana

Afsana Allidina is a family lawyer at YLaw's Vancouver office who has practised exclusively in family law since her call to the bar. Her practice covers parenting issues, interjurisdictional disputes, child abduction and relocation, and property and support matters, and she has represented clients in court, mediation, arbitration, and negotiation. She has also worked with Indigenous community members across First Nations in Ontario through the Sixties Scoop Settlement before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. She holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours Specialization) from Western University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria Faculty of Law, and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Law Society of Ontario.
