Shahriza Ali is a cross-border lawyer holding active law licenses in both Canada and the United States, with a practice covering Canadian and U.S. corporate, immigration, estate planning, and probate law. She obtained her law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and practiced in Seattle for six years before returning to Vancouver, where she was a senior associate at a boutique downtown firm and later served as General Counsel and Head of Human Resources for a prominent Vancouver technology company before founding Evergreen Law Corporation. Her experience growing businesses from the ground up informs her work helping clients create, structure, and maintain their companies, and her focus on estate planning and probate, informed by experience in both Washington probate court and the BC probate process, helps clients gain peace of mind managing their estates. She speaks English, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi.
